Ratio provide M&E design consultancy services tailored to our clients requirements, covering a wide range of different building types and end users throughout the UK and Europe.
 

CONTRACTOR DESIGN PARTNERING

Contractor design portion (CDP) is now a requirement on many projects with Performance Specifications requiring a considerable input from the contractor for the development of the M&E schemes.

Ratio will progress the original scheme to construction status allowing the contractor to focus on the installation work.

SURVEYS & INSPECTIONS

Ratio offer a comprehensive range of survey & inspections with reporting options to suit the requirements of the project team.
